One-head automatic welding machine to weld angles at 90° and variable angles from 40° to 180°. The WM1 is equipped with heated knives, heater plate with automatic temperature control by digital thermoregulator and standard limitation thickness at 0.2mm. The burn off is 3mm for each welded side.

The WM1 can be equipped with profiles blocks (as an option) and can process all types of standard profiles, acrylic and coated. The whole welding cycle is controlled by PLC which manages heating, melting and cooling times.
