CNC machining centre with 5 controlled axis, designed to execute the operations of milling, drilling, threading, cutting, end milling on bars or pieces of aluminium, PVC light alloys and steel.

The versions available are three, 4 m, 7 m, 9 m with two different work modes: a single work area or the commuter mode with two independent work areas. The electro-spindle with a power of 8.5 kW in S1 with HSK-F63 cone attachment, allows you to perform even heavy machining such as those typical of the industrial sector.

In all versions, the electron can be positioned at any angle including the A-axis and the C-axis with the combination of the A and C axes. The centre has a 10-seat rotating warehouse housed on the chariot with the possibility of hosting standard cutters and disc cutters with a maximum diameter of 180 mm. 

The HSK-F63 450 mm blade tool is housed separately in a dedicated warehouse, can work using the 5 interpolated axes of the head to perform compound cuts, straight cuts, header processing and trimming. Depending on the version the centre is configured with 4 / 8 automatic bits that are positioned along the X axis in automatic mode via mobile or independent tank with dedicated axis (optional). 

In the version with independent clamps movement, after the execution of the cut, it is possible to divide the piece for the next machining on the profile end.
